What are adaptive swim lessons?

Adaptive swim lessons are a pathway to achieving swim skill benchmarks such as increasing comfort with being in the water, going underwater, and swim stroke progression. We assess, identify, and implement strategies to overcome roadblocks impacting successful and/or independent swimming.

Is adaptive swim for me?

Whether your goal is to be more comfortable in the water, to increase  safety in the water, or to improve swimming skills, adaptive swim lessons can help you achieve your goals even if traditional swim lessons have been difficult.

Our programs are appropriate for learners of any age, level of swimming skills, fear of water, condition, diagnosis, or disability.

Strategies are designed to help neurodiverse individuals, people with sensory and motor coordination challenges, autism, anxiety, trauma, or discomfort in the water to become safe and independent swimmers.

Who can register?

Anyone at any age!

Do your pools have lifeguards?

Yes! Safety is paramount.

Where are your lessons?

We are proud to partner with
